Welcome to TDS

We’re looking forward to collaborating with you on your project. In order to be as effective as possible when it comes to handling your online campaigns and digital infrastructure, it’s useful for us to get as much information as possible for the onboarding process.

The following should take no more than 5 minutes, and all questions are optional. If you do not know the answer to any of the below, your campaign manager will be able to support.

⚠️ Please Note: TDS policy is that a business owners and operators should never divulge their personal login information to any member of TDS staff. This is a priority for the security and protection of your digital assets and to ensure that at all times you are the master admin of your systems. TDS operates your digital assets on your behalf using our own dedicated logins for access. TDS staff are to be added as users to your marketing and analytics systems in order to operate as agents and to also have the ability to track logged changes clearly. All systems need to have 2FA setup and authorised before we can commence work. If you need help setting up 2FA, your campaign manager will be able to support.
