⚠️ Please Note: TDS policy is that business owners and operators should never share their personal login credentials with any member of TDS staff. This is an important part of protecting your digital assets and ensuring you always remain the master administrator of your accounts.
For website projects, TDS will require access to platforms such as your domain registrar, hosting account, CMS and any connected tools (e.g. email, analytics, or integrations). We’ll provide instructions for securely adding our team as users with the appropriate permissions.
All systems must have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled before we begin work. If you need help setting this up, your project manager will guide you through the process.
